earth hour....save energy

As i write this its already 2:00am and its the 26 march 2011, earlier today we celebrated the earth hour where we need to turn off the light for about an hour to help and save mother nature. In my own opinion we can actually save mother earth in our own little way especially nowadays of what is happening to other countries Like NEW ZEALAND, THAILAND, JAPAN AND MYANMAR. We supposed not to feel threatened nor afraid what we need is knowledge. and ready ourselves.

SIMO

I just wanted to share this BIG changes in our team... Sinece were in a sales field and of course what we need to do to make sales book an order and more orders. Were aware that we need to make mobile sales as well aside form media services and before we really end the day without having any mobile order but now, look at our team.It started when AL nad KENJ was transferred to our team and they ussually have mobile conversion because they processed SIMO orders. From the word itself SIM ONLY from that day on we are so curious how to process it until they finally teach each one of us how to.

stop the fighting

Nobody really wants to have to fight in school, on the street, or at a work place. Sometimes this inconvenience is unavoidable so here are some steps to prevent it from getting out of hand. Remember this article is not meant to encourage you to fight, rather the exact opposite. Do not in any way use this as a method of starting your own brawl.

1
Stay calm. There is nothing more important than you not freaking out. I know it can be a little scary the first time when you are faced against someone who is twice your size and wants to really hurt you.

2
Walk away. This is not a foolproof method. There are some people who don't care what kind of cheap tricks they pull so long as you get hurt. These are the especially dangerous ones. However; there are those who respect your decision to back down and will let you be.
  • 3
Do not hit your opponent. This is the hardest part but you must take your licks. You then appear more likely to be the innocent victim. This does not include simple take downs or locks in order to prevent them from further harm.

  • 4
Don't give them a reason to fight you. 95% of the time a fight can be avoided by both of you just being polite and reasonable. Whether or not he is willing to do that is beyond me but whatever you do don't tempt him. Be polite and walk away whenever you have the chance.

  • 5
Take him down fast. There are some cases where the battle is just impossible to solve peacefully. In these situations make sure you are doing your best not to injure the enemy or any bystanders. This may seem odd but like I said you are the victim only until you fight back. This manner does not include actual 'fighting.' Grab his right wrist with your left hand and place your right leg behind him and your hand on his chest. Push with your right hand and support his fall and once he is on the ground leave the scene. Under no circumstances should you attempt to harm them. This cannot stress that enough.

  • 6
Travel with friends. You are less likely to be attacked when it looks like you might have backup. Simple as that.

I am on the right mood to make sales today eventhough im not feeling well.Maybe its because i woke up early today and was able to watch GLEE S2 at ETC and then after i watched SHOWTIME.
I am looking forward to end my shift with a smile eventhough i came late today for work since i was stuck at MRT.When i came at the office my coach told me that i should not e making a lot of callbacks since i spent 10hours of my shift doing callbacks last week.Goodthing it's just a verbal coaching and i will not gonna recieve any CARE FORMS.What can i do if i really need to make callbacks and i spend a lot of time talking to my callback customers?...
Aniways I'm still not feeling well not to mention that it's too cold inside the work place.I don't have enough load to text my partner that im losing power but i can still make it.

The King's Speech Movie Trailer Official (HD)

The film opens with Prince Albert, Duke of York (played by Colin Firth), the second son of King George V, speaking at the close of the 1925British Empire Exhibition at Wembley Stadium, with his wife Elizabeth (Helena Bonham Carter) by his side. His stammering speech visibly unsettles the thousands of listeners in the audience. The prince tries several unsuccessful treatments and gives up, until the Duchess persuades him to see Lionel Logue (Geoffrey Rush), an Australian speech therapist in London. In their first session, Logue requests that they address each other by their Christian names, a breach of royal etiquette. He convinces Albert to read Hamlet's "To be, or not to besoliloquy, while listening to the overture from Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro on headphones. Logue records Albert's reading on a gramophone record, but convinced that he has stammered throughout, Albert leaves in a huff. Logue offers him the recording as a keepsake.
As King George V (Michael Gambon) makes his 1934 Christmas address, he explains to his son the importance of broadcasting for the modern monarchy. Later, Albert plays Logue's recording and hears an unbroken recitation of Shakespeare in his own voice. He returns to Logue, and they work together on muscle relaxation and breath control, while simultaneously probing the psychological roots of his stammer. The Prince reveals some of the pressures of his childhood: his strict father; the repression of his natural left-handedness; a painful treatment with metal splints for his knock-knees; a nanny who favoured his elder brother – David, the Prince of Wales, deliberately pinching Albert at the daily presentations to their parents so he would cry and his parents would not want to see him; and the early death in 1919 of his little brother Prince John. As the treatment progresses, the two become friends and confidants,
On 20 January 1936 when George V dies, David, the Prince of Wales accedes to the throne asKing Edward VIII (Guy Pearce), but he wants to marry Wallis Simpson (Eve Best), an American divorcĂ©e socialite, which would provoke a constitutional crisis. At a party in Balmoral Castle, Albert points out that Edward cannot marry a divorced woman and retain the throne, Edward angrily accuses his brother of a medieval-style plot to usurp his throne, citing Albert's speech lessons as an attempt to ready himself for power. Albert is tongue-tied at the accusation, and Edward resurrects his childhood taunt of "B-B-Bertie". At his next session, the Prince has not forgotten the incident. In an attempt to console him, Logue insists that Albert could be king and says the shilling of their wager should bear the Duke's head as monarch. Albert accuses Logue oftreason and, in a temper, he mocks Logue's failed acting career and humble origins, causing a rift in their friendship.
When King Edward abdicates to marry, Albert becomes King George VI. He needs Logue's help and he and the Queen visit the Logues' residence to apologise. When the King insists that Logue be seated in the king's box during his coronation in Westminster Abbey, Dr Cosmo Gordon Lang, the Archbishop of Canterbury (Derek Jacobi), questions Logue's qualifications. This prompts another confrontation between the King and Logue, who explains he began by treating shell-shocked soldiers in World War I. The King had served in the Royal Navy during the Great War. When Logue sits in St Edward's Chair and dismisses the Stone of Scone as a trifle, the King's clear remonstration of Logue's disrespect for the relics leads him to realise that he is as capable as those before him.
Upon the September 1939 declaration of war with Germany, George VI summons Logue to Buckingham Palace to prepare for his radio speech to the country. As the King and Logue move through the palace to a tiny studio, Winston Churchill (Timothy Spall) reveals to the King that he too had once had a speech impediment but had found a way to use it to his advantage. The King delivers his speech as if to Logue, who coaches him through every moment. As Logue watches, the King steps onto the balcony of the palace with his family, where thousands of people assembled for the speech applaud him.
A final title card explains that, during the many speeches King George VI gave during World War II, Logue was always present. It is also explained that Logue and the King remained friends, and that, "King George VI made Lionel Logue a Commander of the Royal Victorian Orderin 1944."

    Gulliver's Travels - English Trailer | HQ

Lemuel Gulliver (Jack Black) is the boss of newcomer Dan (T.J. Miller) in the mail room of aNew York City newspaper, but soon, Dan is promoted to a boss. Deeply depressed at his dead-end job, Gulliver decides to talk to journalist Darcy Silverman (Amanda Peet). He convinces her he could write a report about his (false) extensive world "travels" saying his dream is to become a writer. After suffering writer's block, he plagiarises a report from other publications on the Internet. The next day, Darcy, impressed by his writing, presents Gulliver with a new task – to travel to the Bermuda Triangle and write an article confirming that thelegend of ships mysteriously disappearing in the area being caused by extraterrestrials is not true.
Upon arrival in Bermuda, Gulliver rents a boat and travels into the triangle. After falling asleep at the helm of his ship, he's caught in a freak storm and the boat is overwhelmed by a waterspout. He washes up unconscious on the shore of Lilliput, where he is immediately confirmed as a "beast" by the town's tiny people. He is captured and imprisoned in a cave, citizens claiming him to be dangerous because of his huge size. Here, he meets another prisoner named Horatio (Jason Segel) who was jailed by General Edward (Chris O'Dowd) because he fancies Princess Mary of Lilliput (Emily Blunt), whereas Edward wants her for himself. After the island across from Lilliput, Blefuscu, infiltrates commandos to kidnap Princess Mary, Gulliver manages to break free of the plough-machine he is forced to work and then rescues the princess from being kidnapped. Gulliver also saves her father, King Benjamin (Billy Connolly) from a fire by urinating on it.
Gulliver is declared a hero by Lilliput's citizens and makes up a deal of lies saying he is thePresident of the United States, says Yoda is his Vice-President and a living legend in his homeland. Edward, however, becomes enraged due to the luxurious accommodations that have been built for him, and even being presented as an honorary general of the Lilliputian Army complete with uniform. When the townspeople find Gulliver's boat and his things, Gulliver gets angry voice mail messages from Darcy, angrily saying she has to take his place and travel to Bermuda now, and also found out about his plagiarism and she no longer wishes to be friends with him. The next day, chaos ensues as the Blefuscian Navy lay siege on the city when Edward shuts down its defense system as an act of revenge for Gulliver's treatment. Gulliver defeats the armada, invulnerable to the cannonballs being fired at him (although he receives numerous welts on his stomach). Embarrassed once more, and with Mary no longer wanting to do anything with him, Edward defects to the Blefuscians and brings with him blueprints of a robot coming from one of Gulliver's sci-fi magazines. The Blefuscians secretly build the robot based on Gulliver's magazine, with Edward as the pilot.
The Blefuscians invade Liliput and the robot-wielding Edward makes Gulliver admit to the people that he is "just the guy from the mail-room" and nothing more. Edward banishes Gulliver on the shores of Brobdingnag ("the island where we dare not go"), where he is captured byGlumdalclitch and forced to become her doll complete with wig and dress. Darcy is then imprisoned by the Lilliputians when she is lost in the Bermuda Triangle in the same manner as Gulliver. Horatio, who has gone to Brobdingnag after being spurned by Mary, reveals to Gulliver that Darcy is imprisoned. Gulliver narrowly escapes with him, using a parachute that he took from a dead U.S. Air Force pilot sitting in thedollhouse (a crashed F-104 Starfighter is seen in the girl's yard).
Once again accepting a duel from Edward, Gulliver ultimately defeats him with the assistance of Horatio, who disables the machine's electrocuting weapon. Horatio is hailed a hero and gets King Benjamin's permission to court the princess. Edward, reaching the point of insanity, threatens to kill the princess, but the princess, finally having enough of Edward, beats him up in frustration. Gulliver then helps to make peace between the rival island-nations by reciting Edwin Starr's "War" and he, along with Darcy, return to New York on their repaired boat. It's revealed they later became a couple and successful fiction writers in New York, writing about their experiences on Lilliput.
